Solution: KPI Agency created a look-alike model, based on Smokey Bones high-value customer transaction, CRM, and behavioral attributes data, and leveraged that information into a Facebook campaign that significantly exceeded estimated results and generated thousands of new high-value customers.

Result: Over the course of a single month, the initial campaign generated more than 500 new CRM registrations, and over 8,200 offer claims, as well as over 1,800 Facebook page likes while driving over 17,000 unique actions on Facebook.
