Business Challenge: a client charged KPI Agency with the optimization and management of existing paid search (PPC) campaigns that would effectively drive patient Information Kit requests and cardiologist referrals for their best-in-class Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement procedure, all while reducing their CPA across multiple conversion actions.

Solution: KPI Health enacted a strategic account reconfiguration and restructure, reducing budgets and combining historical data analysis with continuous optimization to drive consistent reduction in overall both overall Cost-Per-Acquisition, and specific reductions in their primary Info Kit Request CPA.

Result: KPI Health not only overperformed against the number of Info Kit requests across tactics for the year, we achieved a 43% decrease in overall Cost-Per-Acquisition, and a 49% decrease in the targeted Info Kit Request CPA, all while lowering the campaign Cost-Per-Click (CPC) by 32%.
