Business Challenge: Marco’s Pizza was looking to expand its customer base while improving retention but was seeking to overcome some UX challenges and analytics gaps in order to launch new campaigns.

Solution: KPI audited their ordering experience and analytics implementation to provide the right environment for uncovering how their most valuable customer segments convert and how to eliminate roadblocks.

Result: KPI utilized detailed analysis of customers who were at one point high-frequency customers but who had stopped ordering and identified the needed UX and digital advertising changes necessary to regain traction in this critical customer segment.
