Business Challenge: Ignyta needed to significantly enhance their company perception with investors, drive HCP education, and clearly tell their innovation story to patients.

Solution: KPI created a comprehensive 3 prong communications strategy tailored to each target audience that was steeped in the objectives, ethos, and value story of Ignyta. The branding and messaging was solidified via a new Brand Book, infused into a new corporate website, and leveraged across every touch-point, including the design of Ignyta’s physical space including an interactive digital mural.

Result: Ignyta’s public perception surged and shortly thereafter the biotech startup was acquired by Genentech for $1.7B.
