Business Challenge: A large media agency needed a “Rescue Project” for media  Analytics that were incorrect, missing, overly complex, and consisted of a highly manual mistake prone data collection and aggregation process that was ill suited to rapidly evolving client needs.

Solution: KPI took over the manual process bringing significant immediate improvement to the accuracy of existing reports while developing the needed analytics tracking implementations to improve accuracy of gathered data. A custom database analytics dashboard was created to significantly reduce the amount of complex data pulls and aggregation operations being done by hand, which had previously been an ongoing source of mistakes.

Result: The agency was able to save their relationship with their client, bring additional value to the table through innovative solutions, and receive the capacity to focus on the strategic directional insights from the data rather than whether or not the data is pointing them in the right direction.
