Business Challenge: Exagen Diagnostics was seeking to enhance the positioning for its top-selling product.

Solution: KPI gathered insights from an Attitudes, Trial, and Usage (ATU) study and stakeholder interviews to craft a new positioning and messaging platform. The new messages were designed into 3 distinct print ad and sales aid concepts that underwent further user testing to refine and identify the best possible comprehensive positioning and visual delivery.

Result: The final winner was selected and cascaded into future marketing efforts and executions moving the needle on precise strategic objectives.
