A lot of companies invest in their people, in Training & Development, in benefits, in things to “improve employee retention.” KPI Agency believes that our investment in each other shouldn’t just be related to profit, but to the things that really matter. That’s why we invest in the things outside of work that are most meaningful to us, believing that they’ll have an impact on the work we do every day.

HOW DOES A COMPANY INVEST IN DREAMS?

Each employee at KPI Agency is responsible for creating their own “Dream Goal.” Something they want to do with their life that’s completely unrelated to the work of the agency. Then we work with that person to determine the steps needed to accomplish it, and we find ways for KPI Agency to partner to make it happen. Whether it’s giving people Friday afternoons off to learn to sail, so they can sail the Mediterranean next year, or paying for Brandon’s piano lessons so he can fulfill his dream of learning to play jazz piano...Whatever it is, we link arms to make it happen, and we put our money and time where it matters.
